A follow-up sequence that stops when it should
Four steps, ten days, and five reasons to stop early. The sequence our own team uses after a proposal.

The worst follow-up email is the one that goes out after the prospect already replied. A good sequence knows when to stop.
Four steps over ten days
Day 0 sends the proposal. Day 3 asks one specific question about the rollout. Day 6 is a call task for the rep. Day 10 offers to close the deal on our side.
Five reasons to stop
A reply, a booked meeting, a stage change, a reply from someone else at the company, or an out-of-office, which pauses instead of stopping.
Across 24 deals last month this sequence got a 41 percent reply rate and sent nothing after a reply.
