This policy explains what Thatcher Software, Inc. collects when you visit thatchercrm.com or use the Thatcher app, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account details you give us, such as your name, work email and company. Product data your team creates, such as deals, contacts and notes. Usage data, such as which pages you open, collected without advertising cookies.

Email and calendar data

When a seller connects Gmail or Microsoft 365, Thatcher reads message headers and bodies only to file threads that include a contact on a deal. Personal threads are never stored. Private threads are removed from the deal and never filed again.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in the United States in AWS us-east-2 (Ohio), encrypted in transit and at rest. Backups are kept for 30 days.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data. We share it only with the processors that run Thatcher, such as our cloud host and email provider, under written agreements, and when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can export or delete your workspace at any time from Settings. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email privacy@thatchercrm.com and a person replies within five working days.

Send us a CSV or connect HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce. Your deals, contacts, notes and emails arrive the same day, and your team runs its first Monday review in Thatcher.
