Deals that went quiet or passed their close date since last Monday now sit at the top of the forecast, with the reason.
Every Monday at 8am your time, Thatcher compares the forecast with last week's and lists what slipped first: close dates that passed, deals with no reply in 7 days, and deals moved out of commit.
Each row shows the reason and the last email, so the review starts with the deals that need a decision instead of a scroll through the whole board.
