Own how Thatcher reads, files and sends email for 1,100 sales teams.
The inbox is the part of Thatcher that makes the CRM fill itself in. You will work on how we match threads to deals, how sequences send from a rep's own address, and how we stay fast with millions of messages.
What you will do
Improve thread-to-deal matching and measure it
Build sending that respects every mailbox provider's limits
Work with support on the hardest customer inboxes
What you bring
Five or more years building web products
Comfort with email protocols or a wish to learn them properly
Care for the person on the other end of every email
