Onboarding specialist
Run imports for new customers and get their team through the first Monday review.
You will be the first person a new customer works with. You map their old CRM to Thatcher, run the import with them and sit in on their first pipeline review.
What you will do
Run 6 to 10 imports a week from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and spreadsheets
Check that the numbers match before a team logs in
Write down what confuses people so we can fix it
What you bring
Two or more years in sales ops, support or implementation
Patience with messy spreadsheets
A calm voice on a call with a stressed founder

Salary
$68,000 to $80,000
